No doubt some will question the sense in my determination that the PTAB rulings on merit were maybe not as they seemed, due to corruption.....because that would make sense if in favor of Apple, but not in favor of vplm. I need to dispel that. Corruption is based usually, on money, hence "follow the money". Some would say that vplm doesn't have the kind of money & influence to buy their way to a decision. To that, I would fall back on what I've been saying all along... That being that this stock play represents a potential huge, unheard of amount of money and control. To me, I can't compare it to any other cases. I don't think there ARE any other cases with the potential $$ involved here. That's why I keep asking the question about how much ppl think a buyer could potentially expect to realize from owning the patents, assuming they are all that, because any sober & realistic realization of what the answer is, should immediately reveal whether or not it is reasonable for these other companies, especially the biggest dogs, to sit back and let the vplm goldmine sit untouched in the middle of the road AND ALSO to sit back and allow the INEVITABLE incoming & devastating meteor to slam into them head 1st.
Therefore, and to tie this together, the fact that there is such a priceless fortune and awesome control (world communications) at stake (which I challenge anyone to show to not be true), then it naturally follows that the cabal will step in to do what they do and find any way possible to claim their share of this massive potential fortune. That means, in more real terms, that they might want vplm to win win win, and are shareholders or maybe aligned with shareholders. I honestly don't think this concept goes too far out on a limb. Greed is more powerful than all the aspects involved. So any tendency to downplay this theory as "conspiracy crap" is naive. Money talks & walks nearly always, when it presents itself.
