Geez, this is not a difficult concept to understand.

TALK is a worthless revoked stock. Even if it were to be revived, it has MASSIVE debts. Owning stock in an insolvent and debt ridden company has no value no matter how much of it you own.

The alternative is to start clean. Lee and whatever associates he has could own 100% of a CLEAN shell debt free! And, it would be easier (and much cheaper) to start over than trying to revive TALK to boot.

There is absolutely NO reason to revive TALK. None.

I will say it again. There is absolutely no reason to revive TALK.
