That is from long before Lumb, Lowenthal and crew took over the ticker. GNCC was originally a BVI company with some operations in China.

But that connection is long gone and a few “owners” removed from the current cast. The then controlling shareholder Joseph Bartel essentially sold control to Lowenthal and affiliates. These posts from some time ago outline the beginning of the scam quite well and very accurately predicted what was coming. They are VERY INTERESTING reading.
