An acquisition doesn't always mean good news. And by the way the stock is trading it doesn't seem that most investors are expecting it to bring good news. Sometimes an acquisition can be the worst thing for a company. And since we don't know much more about Supreme Sweets other than the size of it's building and what it's dumpy outside appearance looks like it hard to put a value on it. Revenues means nothing if there aren't profits to go along with it.
