That's the A/S. The O/S is: 404,406,184 after you subtract the restricted shares.

Factor in all the shareholders account holdings, and the float is at super low levels.
I'm thinking under 100M Float.

Of course all of this is unofficial B/S because we are getting it from a third party and not the T/A unless the OTC received those figures from the T/A and then updated the site.

I guess someone could ask the OTC where they got their updated SS info from pertaining to their ASFX page.
