Bravada will get $0.00 from Simon Properties. It is not Simon Properties' responsibility to make sure that their tennants are not infringing Trademarks. That is silly and will go nowhere...That's for sure.

The other defendants, Dagli and New Purple, are the ones infringing the Trademark, if the judge decides that infringement has occurred at all. There will be an injunction ordered if infringement is found. Then Bravada has to prove damages, which they will not be able to do. This case will settle for max $100k. But I believe it will be far less. Probably just attorneys' fees.

You shouldn't get your hopes up for this one.
