Allow me to elaborate on my thoughts based on this weeks developments.

I just read your last reply. I am not doubting your intentions. And I know you will succeed, so please do not get the wrong idea with anything I post.

Organic or traditional financing takes time. Once an accredited investor commits, or any investor outside of the token offering, it obviously takes time to get the contracts and paper work in place before any of that becomes public.

Ideally it could all happen by the end of August prior to the ribbon cutting ceremony, but realistically I am thinking it will take just a bit longer. That is why I am loosely using the 'Q3' target as timing for the $WSTI stock to start to take off.

You are much closer to this than I am, just my thoughts.
