Just here to toss around the facts and possibly average down on a few shares that I still hold. Remember, I did not do this.... IMJX BOD has. I understand that authorized shares is not the same as issued shares. The key point I'm looking at right now is if IMJX is going to continue diluting on any upward share price movement. Do they have 1.5 billion up for sale in front of mine? Once those 1.5 billion run out they can just increase the 2.5 billion by 2/3rds again. You know as well as I do that the company is long overdue an explanation how this increases shareholder value....... and right now all they are doing is suspect. Why on earth would I buy at .0005 when I can do it at .0002 a week or a month down the road. This has death spiral written all over it. A PR could clarify any shareholder concerns. We just see them day dreaming about Disney World and not placing a focus on shareholder value (us).
