Another assumption...How do you know that they weren't in at a much higher price and buying those cheapies at .18 lowered their average cost?

You don't...

You are also incorrect saying that those that bought at .18 are now down 50%..

I didn't see where this hit .09 cents today...

Maybe tomorrow.

If you read one of my previous posts I reccommend waiting to see where this bottoms before jumping in and if it starts to move to the upside to also ump in there.
