The company has been through a lot of changes, as I have read on the internet and their company web pages over the years. Evidently when they sold the viewcentral software to Cadillus the company kept the maintenance contracts in house with a small team to support existing customers. Those customers have to option of renewing their contracts periodically in a normal software support company. You can find viewcentral on the MS Azure cloud list of approved applications and I think it may also be on other cloud providers like AWS. It does have linkage to SAP and others like Salesforce. I think when someone buys the software the new customer service support contract goes back to this original company which could increase revenue. This might explain why the stock has been trading with no news as it is business as usual. Viewcentral is a nice product and I think I will hold for the long run. Good luck
