Yes but according to the new paradumb none of that matters because all of it may have been resolved, ERHC might have new management, ERHC might have an AIM listing, ERHC might have Chad back, ERHC might be suing their own shareholders, ERHC might have received a gazillion dollars, ERHC might have drilled 10 more wells, ERHC might have found billions of bbls of oil, ERHC might be selling that oil for millions already and unicorns might grow wings and fly.
