This was never a "company" it always was a share selling penny stock. PSID is not "f**ked, the share holders are and they always have been.
IT was OBVIOUS to anyone that did 5 minutes of DD, just the continuous Reverse Splits alone should have been enough to know what this garbage stock really was about.
The good thing is this looks like its the end of the road for the PSID dirtbags. It appears they know the gig is up and will make one last run at money, then close shop. Problem is these dirtbags have done very well over the years, very well. They will just do another garbage penny stock to sell shares, and their will be plenty more "investors" being taken in.
