I know it’s not necessary.. hence the world of the OTC.

But if your money is invested here and the CEO promised to get auditing done to verify financials, wouldn’t you want the CEO to keep to his word?? Credibility is an issue here with his revenue claims. And the market feels the same way. Look at the current pps..

That’s the issue here, whether an audit is necessary or not from a legal standpoint.
