The problem is that the company is a SCAM.

It was set up that way by old man, 74 year-old realtor Charlie Scimeca who runs the SCAM from his apartment on Brickell Avenue in Miami using a front man who does nothing but serve as a front man.

NUUU is 100 percent SCAM that hasn't filed 'financials' and won't any more.
