yes I understand that and I also noticed somebody that usually bashes the stock and the company made a positive comment about it and I was thinking that's pretty strange. that shouldn't have been news enough to bring the stock up the blooms IPO certainly is. Again I'm baffled there's no reason for the stock average down under $1.50 in the first place. even though the service agreement wasn't big news it was still good news combined with the news that they have started the project for the Navy combined with walls making a huge purchase ramping up production and hiring over a hundred people and the stock is like a rock
