C'mon, let's keep it real. So you know what a reverse merger is, kudos.

ANYONE WHO TRADES OTC HAS EXPERIENCED THE PAIN OF A REVERSE SPLIT, btw done of course without the approval of retail investors. Retail would of course have voted an unequivocal NO, which is why we can't vote on it.

Right they need funding etc, blah blah blah.... the RS is going to crush this already decimated PPS most likely. If somehow post RS this gets above it's current PPS, I will shout from the rooftops and post the most fantastic posts about MSPC, and believe me I want this to go parabolic/up list to NASDAQ (just a Dream I know).

So we all have two choices, sell now prior to RS or hold post RS and pray. I have a few shares at current PPS for a gamble. Didn't realize until recently there was an RS in the works.

I've got 6 stocks stuck in my portfolio for years now that have RSed and our literally worthless. I know I'm not alone. THIS IS A GAMBLE, simple.
