R/S is bad news for MSPC stockholders, but will allow MSPC to raise funds thru stock dilution -- back to say from 35 million to BILLIONs of shares again.

What i don't understand is why etelix is spun off as a food snack company -- that part makes no sense. It made more sense to do an R/S at the same time as etelix totally becoming MSPC.

For probably most OTC company needing funds, stock dilution, stock dilution, R/S ..., stock dilution, stock dilution, R/S ...., stock dilution.
