Agree, don’t understand the lack of communication since Stuart started. Quarter report is within 15 days and obviously we may see some update by that but I don’t know the real purpose of the reverse split. If he is raising capital by dilutive or if he wants to increase the company valuation. Not knowing is bad for investing. If he was the person that bought the debt then something big is coming (because he is in similar to most of the investors)... but don’t want to speculate too much.
