Yes, there was a seller, and the seller appears finished... The NEWS today that the company will report BLOWOUT revenues for the current quarter (Q3 2018), means they already have the contracts for the revenue in hand...

And, the fact they project NET PROFITS for the year, have $0 convertible debt, and they are going OTCQX, is likely to cause this stock to run hard back to at least the $5 range, imo...
