You're making an assumption that you don't need to make. The assumption is that I'm the only person who has filed a complaint against the Greenshift Corporation.
I think the basis for your assumption is the fact that I'm the only person who has publicly stated that he filed a complaint against the company. That doesn't mean that no one else has filed a complaint.
Multiple complaints from multiple stockholders could very well give the SEC a reason to investigate this company. When they do, as I've stated many times in the past, it will be easy to verify the fact that a half-dozen 10-Q reports are overdue since the third quarter of 2016. The 2016 and 2017 10-K reports are also overdue. It's hard to guess how many 8-K reports should've been filed by Greenshift in the past year and a half (almost two years now), but those are also overdue. Each one of these overdue reports can be a separate count in a criminal indictment of Kevin, whether he's sober on the day it arrives or not.
