This second complaint will probably give us the traction that the first predictably futile complaint failed to deliver.

You're making an assumption that you don't need to make. The assumption is that I'm the only person who has filed a complaint against the Greenshift Corporation.

I think the basis for your assumption is the fact that I'm the only person who has publicly stated that he filed a complaint against the company. That doesn't mean that no one else has filed a complaint.

Multiple complaints from multiple stockholders could very well give the SEC a reason to investigate this company. When they do, as I've stated many times in the past, it will be easy to verify the fact that a half-dozen 10-Q reports are overdue since the third quarter of 2016. The 2016 and 2017 10-K reports are also overdue. It's hard to guess how many 8-K reports should've been filed by Greenshift in the past year and a half (almost two years now), but those are also overdue. Each one of these overdue reports can be a separate count in a criminal indictment of Kevin, whether he's sober on the day it arrives or not.
