This round of dilution is over


But until the Company releases a PR with the actual fact that Dilution is over or some other material change to the Company to generate interest....this will trade sideways/down

There are several other pretty good plays in the OTC happening now and people holding here wont tie up their funds indefinitely

And people saying that once the dilution is over the Company will be Debt Free forget they are in negotiations to go into debt....lol


It may not be dilutive to shareholders....but its still debt
