Simply anything that is going to drive the PPS further down is a “negative” in my mind. Between the lack of investor confidence, the additional and readily available shares for immediate dilution and now the potential for a Increase to 10 Billion and a RS! This information does not support a rise in the PPS in my opinion .....any time soon anyway.
