Many companies have found that customer service is key. Years ago I hated to go to Lowes or Walmart because of their lousy service in our area, yet Home Depot and Ace Hardware were great. Now they all have great service here.

I agree that when companies start picking over items that are pennies, things are getting tight.

NO time for whiners and trolls!
