What news? This November it will be 2 years since Fenfang signed the ESA. This December it will be 2 years that Fenfang was supposed to make it's first payment to AXPW. AXPW just this year announced that the Company will be forced to conclude its remaining operations and wind down its affairs if Fenfang does not issue the payment by July 31st. Which mind you is in 4 business days.
So I ask you again, knowing the above statements to be factual, what is the more likely result with AXPW?
