Anyone questioning my accusation of the CEO, Alex Umbra being a habitual pathological liar, here's just one of dozens of examples.. This PR was published in 2015, the company has reported a total of $80k in revenues in the last 4 years..

SHORT HILLS, NJ--(Marketwired - Aug 13, 2015) - UAT Arms, a division of Umbra Applied Technologies (OTC: UATG) is in final preparations to release the Umbra Battle Rifle for government and civilian purchase in the first quarter of 2016. This product will become the highest standard in both quality and performance in battlefield weapons platforms. The UBR-16 was designed by operators to support our military with the best weapon in its class. 

Umbra Arms projects that it will sell 1000 rifles ($1,300,000.00 USD in sales) in the first 6 months of the UBR-16 release and 2500 units ($3,250,000.00 USD in sales) in the first year to domestic and foreign governments. 

UAT Arms will also be releasing a civilian version to U.S. customers in a limited production run. The company projects civilian sales to reach $2,000,000 in 2016. 

The release of the high powered version of the UBR-16, the PRP-30 (Precision Rifle Platform-30 caliber), will follow UBR sales with an anticipated release during the second quarter of 2016. UAT will be doing an initial production run of the Umbra PRP-30 for government clients of 1000 units and a limited run for civilians of 250 units. Every PRP-30 will come with the finest optics available and will be accurate beyond half a mile. Government sales are projected to be $3,500,000.00 USD while Civilian sales are projected to be $1,675,000.00 USD. 

The UAT ARMS office is scheduled to officially open early in the fourth quarter of 2015 to support the division's sales and operations. UBR field testing is currently being conducted by law enforcement agencies and is expected to be completed within the next 90 days. The final product will be delivered to Florida Sheriff's departments as well as city and state law enforcement agencies. Foreign military and law enforcement orders are expected to begin export in January 2016.
