That’s a lot of shares being held by a penny stock CEO. I wonder how long those shares are restricted for. I have to think it would be detrimental to the SP once they are allowed to trade. Based on how CHZPs CEO scammed investors out of money, I have to think the same pattern will apply here.

The reverse split, followed by the company name/ticker change, makes so much more sense now.
