So people may ask why not a larger run today in the ticker? In an uptrend you don't want price to get away from you prematurely, and continually close outside of the BB. They held this one back to close it right at the upper BB, but not outside. Continual or large outsides normally direct reversal conditions, which we don't want at this time. With that said, this one has more room to run, both in the short term, as well as through the month of August, but I anticipate a breather coming very soon, after a little more movement. I'm anticipating a repeated pattern they've played around a year ago.
If you want to play off the bus, then back on the bus, the GBTC chart will help you anticipate bitcoin price, as well as a number of indicators to determine how heated things are getting. There is divergence in the bitcoin RSI. These directions will influence BTCS and BTSC prices.
There is an amazing amount of information available when comparing bitcoin charts, GBTC charts, and BTCS charts, that you can almost anticipate where price is going to go by carefully studying each and learning how they react to one another when price moves. That excludes the indicators, which just add to it. For instance only a few posts ago, I stated the gaps shown in GBTC must be filled and Bitcoin must go up, and as clear as day, bitcoin is now closing those gaps, and you can see how GBTC is responding to the bitcoin moves within it's charts. By studying the bitcoin chart and the GBTC chart, you can see what clear skys or roadblocks are coming. Use this information to translate into a BTCS direction. Use the indicators to determine likely limits, when to jump off the bus, and when to get back on.
