I believe IR stated that they will announce when 5mil is executed later this month,,,,or next...etc

Um, no. Foley expressly stated in no uncertain terms that the 5 milly would be in the bank by the end of July - full stop and no debate. Several here have it all on recording. Actually, to be completely accurate, the first "tranche" was to come into whatever bank account NTEK has the week after the conference call. There can be no debate.

IR (Foley) also claimed NTEK would announced immediately in a press release when the promised 5 million "bridge loan" as the in the bank. This is in writing, so there can be no debate.

So unless we see a press release announcing the securing and deposit in NTEK's bank accounts a week from today at latest, this company is on record as being completely discredited and essentially dead in the water. There can be no debate.
