Correct. A little over a week ago I was told that IDdriven is working on getting current. They are HOPING to have everything submitted and questions answered by mid-August. “Hoping” meaning there is some uncertainty. Obviously nothing of real substance could really be shared because that would be insider trading but they are alive. So yeah, the Twitter source is not reliable. Again, they said “hoping” so there are no guarantees that they will meet the mid-August deadline.
