Questions (part of my learning) - if the MMs can hold the pps down now, why wouldn’t they do the same when FINS arrive?

Also, (asking the same question again since the response I received ‘trust the MGMT - which I do - was not educational) when and how would the MGMT get the MMs to stop their games as the pps is impacting the company MC and valuation?
