Samsa...no problem. It's just common sense if he spent 1¢ of companies many opening up a "secret" company at the time in China and not even disclosing it personal liability comes into play. Corporations do not cover all sins. Last time I lost as much money it was in Tyco and they put the head guy away for a few years, was too short. You can't claim everything is covered under corporation rules and the people that make decisions are not responsible for nothing.
