They must bring the pps as low as possible before they close the offering.
One more day and hopefully the last tomorrow.
The warrants will expire at some point and the pps will not go up if the market knows that we will have more dilutions.
Perfect time for the raise that will give time then to be on the money to exercise the warrants with some good news to support it.
Its sucks but we all know we can be back in the 5’s very quickly.
