You really think the GOVERNMENT is concerned with a SUB PENNY stock that is doing a reverse split? A R/S that is quite LEGAL. A reverse split should actually be called the INTENTIONAL DESTRUCTION OF SHAREHOLDER VALUE WITH THE BLESSING OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, that's more accurate.

They couldn't even catch ENRON or BEHR STERNS before it was way too late and those shareholders were decimated. Big companies with INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS who had hundred of millions invested completely wiped out.

No one is flipping this except MM's like NITE trading with itself between 0.0002/0.0003.

I've got about 5 of these so called "companies" post R/S sitting in my portfolio with a 95/99 % loss that have been languishing for years.
