Autoclaved Aereated Concrete (AAC) has been
approved and in use in the US since the 1990s

If ASCK's product is of the same material as the
AAC blocks being used since the 1990s
would it still need an ICBO research report?

In other words, what if it was just plain concrete?
Would an ICBO research report still be required?
