FTSI No doubt they will need to set aside a reserve as a charge against earnings to cover estimated costs from the award. But I would expect that insurance will cover most of it. That article included a link to another jury award of $90 million against a trucking company for another accident. The insurance will cover all but $10 million of that one. With that, it looks like liability insurance rates will be heading higher in Texas. A $100 million award for a guy who said he wasn't even injured after the accident sure seems excessive.

I took a stab at the falling knife and added more shares.
