GNCP- Excuse me but that’s Not TRUE. See below from June 28th email that many of us all received. Buy back had not commenced YET. Many ACTIONS YET TO BE ANNOUNCED. WHOOOOOA!!!!!

Dear Sir,

Post the cancellation; there will be a total amount of restricted and unrestricted shares of Common Stock totaling: 13,946,920,766. OBVIOUSLY, it is our intention to get that number down substantially; our Joint Venture deal calls for a lot of corporate actions; hence the Stock Buyback Program which has NOT as yet, commenced. I am not at liberty to say more at this time; we will publicly announce our transactions once we have completed the outstanding Financial Filings to be a “CURRENT” Issuer on the OTC Markets; to be “CURRENT” ASAP is critical as it allows to move with some speed in order to implement all of our planned actions. A market capitalization of 13,946,920,766 at $0.0002 ($2,789,384); remains VERY undervalued for this Company.

P.S. The amount that was cancelled here ALREADY; is VERY MATERIAL on a Fundamental basis!
