This is like GE sadly, pension obligations today are like the National Debt against these companies. Way out of control from past decades of union policies and promises...

Only ones who gained wealth are the CEO's & BOD and the special interest politicians high profile corp lawyers they have in their pockets that enable a formula to exist whereas Executives can legally extort and rape monies from these companies, allthewhile, the Shareholders and others are abused and taken advantage of... Just like what just occurred with ToysR Us and lies they gave their employees they now squelched on...

Even with Mr. Trump stating "buy American steel, etc", the costs on these companies (GE, X, etc) are eating away constantly at their gains if they can even show positive revenues...
