It is not revoked yet. All pending actions involving an SEC appointed ALJ are still on hold due to a decision from the Lucia case. https://www.whitecollarbriefly.com/2018/06/25/scotus-finds-sec-alj-appointments-unconstitutional/

All pending actions were given another 30 day Stay and will most likely get another 30 day Stay when the current Stay expires.
