lol the very reason companies go public is to dilute! So calling them a supposed scam for putting their dilutive financing monies raised to good use by securing a multitude of completely verifiable govt contracts is downright foolish!

Because clearly DRUS mgmt. is delivering value from their dilutive financing received and growing revenues...something the vast majority of OTC companies never even do lol.
