The document I’m referring to stated no possible r/s until 09/2019. Lagan confirmed later on Twitter that same thing. Now...whether they can vote on another one before hand is something I’m trying to get an answer on.
I get a feeling that they try and cover the bases on all possibilities to protect themselves, legally, when the time comes, if needed. They may very well have zero intentions of even considering it...
