IT is necessary if it falls below one dollar again. With the delay in Greece and the decline in sales in Turkey, this is easily possible. With the current decline in the gold price, I do not see it as a takeover candidate.
The big ones have to reduce their debts with rising interest rates and shrinking profits. Growth opportunities for EGO are currently low.

The competent CFO will not be able to change the circumstances.
Even if Greece makes a positive decision, EGO will not benefit in the short term. At a time when much better mine operators are on the decline.
