I would like to say Microsoft is one to expedite the transaction considering they are not in the business of lawyering! Another words they brought in their own counsel.... to get things done and we’ve since seen filings made!
secondly money isn’t a real big deal for them... they have over a 100 billion cash on hand... and wouldn’t hesitate to enhance their business model.... so why are they involved?
To enhance their business model! smile
