Just to make your point clear to all:

TRTC does not need to be concerned about the residency requirement

they can apply for one license and not be required to have any other

their application process that began prior to the civil suit and termination of Ken VV (NJ resident) is still valid........

One question:

Where is their NJ location going to be ?
