20/20 blindness - seems most other biotech CEOs are dumb and only Leo is smart to raise funds at 25 cents.

Nearly every biotech has raised money when they have some good results out and SP goes up - they do it in one or 2 months - they use the opportunity effectively. Having funds in pocket is never bad thing - else you have to go on your knees to get money like Leo went to Aspire
