our posts here warn the unsuspecting and novice investor to beware

this security is seriously toxic

and Gerald is a serial opportunist who will continue to dilute any/all shareholders unabated

until such time as Gerald provides sustainable substantive clean and nondilutive financing

this security will remain toxic

and anyone even remotely looking at this should run the other way
