Although Bob's analysis on future share count and dilution is correct, his assertion that future dilution will correlate with a drop in share price is fallacious.

A) Given that HMNY is out of cash, it's obvious that future dilution is necessary
B) Since dilution is obvious, it's already priced into PPS
C) When future dilution becomes a reality, little to no PPS will occur

If you take a look at Bob's calculations, it's pretty elementary analysis. It doesn't take a genius to figure this stuff out.

If you're playing the markets, you really need to be making observations that are non-intuitive. Bob's observations are not that.
