No problem... My point was the uniqueness of the announcement that would be followed by an actual reverse split, negating its relevance, haha...

So far, no one has shown me such an announcement followed by an actual reverse split occurring, which provides for me a compelling reason to believe that ONCE it is in print in a press release, it may be a very rare event to subsequently reverse.

THE CEO of IGTN as an example wrote several E-mails to me and others, over a couple months period writing that there is no dilution in the stock and no reverse splits planned. This was followed by dilution of the stock, increase in the O/S and the float, every two months and a reverse split. BUT he never put in a press release that there was no dilution and no reverse split planned. Haha..I wonder if it makes any difference? LOL....
