I believe the only item that would have been able to start a P3 would have been the ABSSSI when the share price was between the $2 - $3 range. Hanging your hat on one drug could have killed this company if for some reason the P3 would have not gone perfectly. So again, I think he did raise some money at that time which he used to put 2 (soon to be 3) drug indications thru solid and PASSED Phase 2 trials. Just my opinion, but I believe the company is ALOT more valuable today with B-OM, and hopefully soon to be P passing Phase 2 trials.
