I'll confess before I started my DD here on $NDVN I didnt even now what "Help Desk" was. Ive been an entrepreneur and investor all my life so I've never worked with an enterprise sized organization. Now I realize that "Help Desk" is just another way of saying tech support for the employees of an organization who need their computers to function to do the companies business.
