What a scam-the stock goes down by 35% at a .0019 trade for $570- and as predicted the fraudsters bring it up tp .0029 with a trade of 14 dollars!! This scam is next--Barry Hall flipped on them?? Makes sense since Hall orchestrated the transfer as CFO.

Look who signed forJAEN as it went to the fraud UBIA-- and then see who signed for filings for UBIA!!!As I have said many times-- a scam mill in Hall's office orchestrated by Mike Irving . Hall will take the fall for this and ROTH--now that SEC is hot on their trail. (unless he flipped on them)
